- Smarter Waste Management: We’ve optimized our waste disposal to reduce the number of dumpsters we need and cut down on unnecessary waste hauls.
- Tracking Our Progress: We’ve implemented a monthly recycling tracker, which allows us to measure the waste we divert from landfills. We recycled 7.5 tons of metal in just one month, generating nearly $5,000 back into our operations.

Additionally, we are also working to install a new baler for mesh and possibly all aluminum waste, reducing excessive load recurrence as well.
